Frequently Asked Questions


  • At this time, we are out-of-network with all insurances. We do accept HSA/FSA, and can provide a superbill you can submit on your own for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Payment is due at time of service. Contact your insurance provider directly to verify the specifics of your out-of-network coverage.

    Medicare, Medicaid, No Fault & Workman’s Compensation are not accepted at this time.

    Why are we out of network only?

    Being out of network allows us to provide fully 1:1 individualized care, without the use of unlicensed support staff. The full session is dedicated to you!

  • No - in New York State you can see a PT for 10 visits or for 30 days (whichever comes first) without a physician’s referral.

  • Dress comfortably in clothing you might wear to exercise. If you have a knee issue, consider wearing shorts. If you have a shoulder issue, consider wearing a sleeveless shirt, tank top or sports bra.

    If you are a runner, please bring your running shoes with you.

    If we are with clients, we may not be able to answer the phone right away.

  • You can manage your schedule by email, text, or through the online portal. You can also call our office, however we may not be able to answer right away if we are with clients.

  • We reserve the room and the entire hour just for you! If you need to cancel, please give a minimum of 24hrs notice to avoid a late cancellation fee of $75. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us, you will be charged the full appointment fee ($150-170).

    We also understand that life happens, and may waive the cancellation fee in extenuating circumstances.
